One date, one place, one room that remembers.

EventDesign
Everything else you do reaches people who are somewhere else, doing something else. An event puts you and them in the same place at the same time, with nothing to scroll past.
Three hours of that produces what a year of campaigns cannot: the client who tells you what they actually need, the supplier who offers you a better price because you ate together, the colleague from another department who stops being an email address. Relationships are built in person and maintained everywhere else, never the other way round.
And a relationship compounds. The launch guest becomes the customer, the customer becomes the reference, the reference brings the next three. The team that spent two days together handles the difficult month better and stays longer.
Every business that grows quickly has a room somewhere in its history where the right people met each other. We design that room, fill it with the right names, and make the evening worth the journey they made to get there.
Event Strategy& Marketing
The objective, the guest list and the plan to fill the room. We define what the event has to achieve and for whom, set the numbers we will judge it by, then run the invitation campaign: contact lists, save-the-dates, landing page and registration, reminders, press and partner outreach in Italian and German. After the event, contacts reach your CRM with a follow-up sequence already written. Attendance is a marketing result, not a hope.
Corporate Events& Conventions
Conventions, sales meetings, annual conferences, dealer and incentive trips, anniversaries. Concept and running order, speaker briefing and rehearsal, venue scouting and negotiation, travel and accommodation logistics, hosting and registration desk, translation and interpreting where the room is bilingual. Budget and timeline documented from the first meeting.
ProductLaunches
The evening a product becomes real to the people who will sell it or write about it. Narrative and reveal moment, demo and tasting design, press and buyer lists, media kit, photo and video coverage produced on the night, and a content plan so the launch keeps working for the months after it.
Trade Fairs& Exhibitions
Stand concept and design, construction and dismantling with partner builders, graphics and printed materials, staff briefing, appointment scheduling before the doors open, and lead capture that survives the journey home. We work the German and Italian fair calendars, where the rules, the deadlines and the etiquette of the two are not the same.
Set Design& Production
The execution layer. Scenography, lighting, audio and video, furniture, floral and material design, signage, supplier selection and coordination, technical rehearsals, permits, safety and insurance, on-site direction from load-in to load-out. One person holds the schedule and one budget holds the truth.
PrivateCelebrations
Anniversaries, family celebrations, private dinners and milestone parties designed with the same care as a brand event. Weddings have their own place: see our dedicated wedding design service.
You want to launch
something properly.A product becomes real the moment people can touch it, taste it and ask about it. You want the room where your buyers, your press and your sales team see it first, and leave able to sell it.
You want your best
clients to stay yours.Contracts are renewed by people who know you. You want the evening that turns an account into a relationship, before a competitor with a lower price gets there first.
You want your team
back together.Distributed teams, hybrid weeks, departments that never speak. You want the two days a year that make the other three hundred easier, and the reason good people are still here next winter.
You want one agency
on both sides.Italy, Austria, Germany, Switzerland. We work natively in all four markets, in Italian, German and English, so you brief one team instead of coordinating two, and nothing is lost translating a permit, a supplier contract or the way a toast should end.
Questions,answered
They do different jobs and the honest answer depends on your sales cycle. If you sell something small and fast to many people, advertising wins. If your deals are large, slow and decided by a handful of people who want to look you in the eye, an evening with the right twenty guests outperforms months of outreach. The calculation is simple: take the value of one client of your usual size, then ask how many of them are on the guest list. Most companies discover the event pays for itself at one or two.
Often yes, and sometimes that is the right choice, for a small internal format or a repeat of something you already run well. The cost people forget is time: six to nine weeks of quotes, permits, suppliers and logistics, paid at the hourly rate of the people who would otherwise be selling, and spent learning things a supplier already knows. The other cost is the night itself, when your team should be hosting your clients and instead is solving problems in the corridor. We also work as support to an internal team rather than replacing it, which is the cheaper arrangement when the competence is already there.
Four things you cannot buy with effort. Supplier rates negotiated across many events rather than one, which usually recovers a good part of the fee. Mistakes already made at someone else's expense, from permits to power supply to how many guests actually show up. Liability, insurance and safety handled by someone whose job that is. And a plan for the things that go wrong, held by a person on site who can decide without calling you.
By what we agreed before it: qualified guests in attendance against the target list, meetings booked, opportunities opened in the following ninety days, and the value of what closes. Contacts go into your CRM with a follow-up sequence written in advance, because the return on an event is decided in the two weeks after it, not on the night. For internal events we measure differently, with participation and a follow-up survey, and we say so rather than inventing a revenue figure.
Agency fees are usually 10 to 15 per cent of the total budget, or a fixed project fee for smaller formats. The event budget itself depends almost entirely on guest numbers and venue. We build it openly, with supplier quotes visible to you, so you always know what is cost and what is fee, and we take no undeclared commission from suppliers. It is worth asking that question of anyone you work with.
Six to nine months for a convention or a fair, three to four for a launch or a dinner. Venues in Tyrol and Salzburg are booked a year ahead for the winter season, and the best suppliers go first. If your date is closer, we will tell you what is still achievable and what is not.
Yes, and it is the reason we exist. Permits, safety rules, invoicing, VAT, local authorities and the conventions of the evening itself all change at the border. We work on both sides in German, Italian and English, which removes the layer of translation where mistakes usually happen.
Yes, as a separate service with its own page, because a wedding is not a corporate event with flowers. Private celebrations of other kinds, anniversaries, family dinners, milestone parties, are covered here.
We'll explore together.
Events are one way we build brand experience. They are the slowest thing to prepare and the fastest thing to work: three hours in the same room do what a year of campaigns cannot.
If content production is the wood to build the ship of your brand experience and social is the wind that moves it, the event is the harbour: the one place where the people you have been talking to for months finally come aboard, shake your hand and decide, on both sides of the Italy–DACH corridor, in German, Italian and English.
Our tool is our Method: an Oath to the Stars.
