DigitalExperience

DigitalExperience

A website is not a page. It is a level.

A website is the one place where you are alone with the customer. Nobody is there to explain, reassure or improvise. Everything you would say in person has to already be on the screen, in the order they need it, in the language they think in, before they decide it is not worth the effort.

So the work is mostly removal. Fewer steps, fewer words, fewer decisions handed to someone who came for one thing. What people call a good experience is almost always an absence: nothing standing between wanting and getting, on any device, for anyone.

What we do

Web Design& UX

Site architecture and wireframes for the pages that matter, a clickable prototype, a design system with components and states, mobile versions of every screen, real copy at real length. We design around the three things people actually come to do, and everything else follows.

Web Development& Accessibility

Sites built to WCAG 2.2 AA, the standard the European Accessibility Act has required of e-commerce and digital services since June 2025. That means keyboard navigation throughout, tested contrast, labelled forms with errors that explain themselves, alt text, correct heading structure, captions on video, and a published accessibility statement. We audit what you have, fix what fails, and hand over a report you can show a regulator. Built on a CMS your team can update, with correct multilingual markup, fast loading, and GDPR-compliant cookie handling for the Italian, German and Austrian markets.

SEO& AI Search

Keyword and intent research per language, page and content architecture, on-page and technical optimisation, Schema.org structured data, Google Business Profile, and content written as questions and answers so it can be cited by ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI results. Monthly reporting on positions, traffic and mentions.

Paid Media& Analytics

Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and retargeting with separate budgets per market, GA4 and server-side conversion tracking, a dashboard showing cost per lead and return by channel. We start small, read it weekly, and move budget to what pays.

E-commerce& Conversion

Building or reworking the shop, Shopify or WooCommerce, product pages, checkout, shipping and payment logic across two markets and two currencies, A/B tests on the steps that lose the most people, integration with your stock and logistics systems. Most lost revenue is not missing traffic: it is three unnecessary fields and a delivery cost revealed too late.

CRM &Automation

CRM setup, forms and segments, automated welcome, abandoned-cart and reactivation sequences, newsletters in Italian and German, alerts to your sales contact when a lead is ready. Written in the customer's language, not translated into it.

Every pixel is a doorway.
this is for

You want to be
found again.
People still look for what you sell. Right now they find your competitors, and the AI answers they read before clicking anything never say your name.

You want your ad budget
to work harder.
The campaigns are running and the money leaves every month. Now you want to know which one brings customers, so the budget goes where it pays and stops where it does not.

A site must be accessible
to all. Is yours?
Since June 2025 European law requires online shops and digital services to work for people with disabilities. We check yours, fix what fails, and bring you into compliance with a report you can show.

You want one brand
across every platform.
Website, shop, newsletter, social, marketplace listings. You are present everywhere, and now you want the same prices, the same photos and the same voice in all of them, with every message reaching someone who answers.

Q&A

Questions,answered

For a small business site of five to eight pages, built properly and accessible, budgets usually start around 6,000 euros. A multilingual site with a blog and structured content sits between 12,000 and 25,000. An e-commerce build with two markets, two currencies and system integrations starts around 20,000 and rises with the complexity of your catalogue and logistics. Anyone quoting before seeing your content, your languages and your systems is guessing. We quote after a first conversation and a look at what exists.

Six to ten weeks for a business site, three to five months for e-commerce. The design and development are rarely what delays a project. Content is. Photography, product descriptions, legal pages and translations are the parts that depend on you, so we agree the content plan at the start and work in parallel rather than waiting.

Look at the numbers before deciding. If visitors arrive and leave within seconds, or never reach the contact form, the problem is the site. If almost nobody arrives, the problem is visibility, and rebuilding will not solve it. If the structure is sound and only the design has aged, a redesign on the existing build costs a fraction of a rebuild. We tell you which of the three you are in, even when it means a smaller project for us.

Since 28 June 2025, e-commerce sites, banking, transport, telecoms and e-book services sold to European consumers must be usable by people with disabilities, following WCAG 2.1 AA as a minimum. In practice: full keyboard navigation, sufficient colour contrast, form fields with proper labels and clear error messages, alternative text on images, a logical heading structure, captions on video, and an accessibility statement on the site. Micro-enterprises under ten employees are exempt from some obligations, though not from the goodwill of being usable. Austria and Germany both enforce through national law, with fines and formal complaints as the consequence. We audit, remediate and document.

Not by translating pages. Each language gets its own keyword research, because the words people search are rarely the words a translator would choose, and search intent differs between the two markets. Then the technical side: separate URLs per language, correct hreflang markup, local structured data, and a Google Business Profile in each country. Then content written in that language by someone who works in it. A translated site competes with sites written natively, and loses.

Partly, and it is worth doing now while few competitors bother. Assistants like ChatGPT and Gemini cite sources that answer questions directly, in clear structure, with the reasoning visible. Practically: pages built around real questions, Schema.org markup so machines can parse the answer, consistent business information everywhere the brand appears, and mentions on sites the models already trust. Nobody can promise a citation, in the same way nobody could ever promise a first position. What we can do is make your content the easiest correct answer to find.

Both. Catalogue structure, product pages, checkout, payment and shipping rules, tax settings for cross-border selling, and integration with your stock system or ERP where an interface exists. What we do not do is run your warehouse or your customer service, though we will set up the automated messages that make both lighter.

You do, all of it. Domain, hosting, CMS, analytics, ad accounts, CRM: registered in your name, with your team holding administrator access from the first day, not the last. At handover you receive documentation and a training session. If you later choose another agency, they inherit a working system and no hostage.

Digital is where your brand is alone with the customer. Everything you would say in person has to already be on the screen, in the right language, for anyone.

If content production is the wood to build the ship of your brand experience and social is the wind that moves it, the site is the deck people step onto: everything else only works once they are willing to come aboard, on both sides of the Italy–DACH corridor, in German, Italian and English.

Our tool is our Method: an Oath to the Stars.
